Optimal Vintiloiu Alignment
Movement architecture and functional body reorganization.
The analysis and study of the human body in hundreds of individual training sessions, working with different postural typologies, functional needs and movement patterns, led me in 2016 to develop what today I call OVA —Optimal Vintiloiu Alignment.

The first integrated body alignment program in Romania
from 2016
A method built from real experience with thousands of fixed cases.
As a Movement Architect(movement architect), my role within the VIALIGN concept is not to reinvent the posture or exercise itself. They already exist as fundamental tools. The innovation of my method lies in the architecture of a deeply personalized approach, focused on the recalibration of movement patterns. Your body carries a unique structural story; therefore, the way it organizes, compensates and functions requires a specific mapping adapted to your internal rhythm and geometry.
OVA was built on the confluence of decades of practice, direct observation of the human structure, and sound principles validated by neuroscience, biomechanics, and body psychology.
Theoretical pillars of the method
To understand how a lasting bodily reorganization works, the OVA method draws its rigor and clarity from four major interconnected scientific pillars:
01
Embodied Cognition
Mind and body do not operate in separate compartments. The way we move, sit, breathe and organize our bodies directly influences the way we think, perceive and respond to the stimuli around us. Through Afferent Feedback and Proprioception (deep perception of the body in space), the nervous system constantly reads the level of tension in the muscles and joints. A slumped or chronically tense posture sends alarm signals to the brain, increasing cortisol levels and diminishing mental clarity. The biomechanical correction of the body acts as a direct reset of the nervous system.
02
Theory of Motor Control and Neuroplasticity
Posture is not dictated only by the "strength" of an isolated muscle, but by motor control maps in the cerebral cortex. When the body remains in compensation for a long time, the brain learns that dysfunctional pattern and automates it. In OVA, we do not force the body into an ideal or rigid image, but work through neuromuscular re-education to reconfigure these mental maps, giving the nervous system a new zone of safety and efficiency.
03
Theory of Motor Learning and Attentional Focus
Clinical studies demonstrate that the nervous system integrates and automates movement much more deeply when attention is directed to global patterns of movement in relation to space, rather than the mechanical isolation of a single muscle. As a movement architect, my approach redraws the spatial landmarks of the body, transforming exercise into a conscious dialogue between intention and execution.
04
Structural Integrity and Myofascial Meridians
The body is not a collection of independent segments, but a continuous network of connective tissue (fascia) and lines of muscle tension. In my years of practice, I have come to understand that, more often than not, where the pain occurs is not where the imbalance begins. OVA looks at this network as a unitary architectural ensemble, addressing the real source of compensation, not just the local symptom.
Posture is not a position.
It is a state of organization.

The body constantly communicates what the mind perceives and experiences. In psychology and neuroscience there are many researches that show that non-verbal language is one of the most important forms of expression of the inner state.
The way we sit, walk, breathe or occupy the space around us conveys information about our level of confidence, safety, energy and readiness for action. A person who projects their chest forward, looks forward, and maintains their body verticality communicates differently than a person who closes their shoulders, lowers their gaze, and restricts their physical presence.
This is noticeable since childhood. Children learn and reproduce patterns through observation, imitating not only the behaviors but also the way their parents sit, walk and relate to their own bodies. Posture thus becomes an expression of how we learn to organize ourselves and interact with the world around us.
The concept of Embodied Cognition describes precisely this connection between body and mind: how thinking, perception and behavior are influenced by bodily experience. In other words, the body is not just an executor of the brain's commands, but actively participates in how we construct our everyday experience.
Therefore, posture is not just a position that needs to be corrected. It is the result of a complex process of adaptation and organization. When the body aligns effectively, movement becomes more fluid, breathing becomes freer, and the body uses less energy to compensate for imbalances accumulated over time.
Within the OVA Method, we work to rebuild this functional organization of the body so that posture becomes the natural expression of a system that functions in balance, efficiency and freedom of movement.
From Mapping to
Natural reflex
The process is methodically structured into four distinct stages, which transform knowledge into tangible results.
1
Global Biomechanical Assessment
Complete mapping of posture, movement patterns and how body segments work together or compensate.
2
Axial Decompression and Biomechanical Synergy
Using a fusion of movements adapted to the anatomical planes, designed to remove pressure from the spine.
3
Dynamic Neuromuscular Retraining
Precision exercises designed to disengage repetitive tension and awaken dormant muscle connections.
4
The 10 Week Automation Protocol
An optimized cycle (one session per week) where the body respects the biological time required for the nervous system to create new strong synapses. This is the range in which proper nerve alignment goes from a conscious action to a natural, day-to-day reflex.
The ultimate goal is not an imposed aesthetic perfection, but a more organized, functional and comfortable body in its own structure. A space where you can move, live and create with complete freedom.
