We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation.

We collect the data you provide us directly through the contact form: name, phone number, email address, age, occupation, main problem and history of previous treatments.

We can also automatically collect technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages accessed) through cookies, according to our Cookie Policy.

We process your data for: (a) managing scheduling and contact requests - grounds: execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); (b) communications related to our services - grounds: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); (c) fulfilling legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We will not use your data for purposes other than those stated, without your prior information and, if applicable, consent.

The personal data sent through the contact form are kept for the duration necessary to manage the request and, subsequently, for the period imposed by legal obligations (e.g. accounting documents – 5 years).

Upon expiration of the retention period or upon your justified request, the data will be deleted or anonymized.

In accordance with the GDPR, you benefit from: the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability and the right to object.

To exercise these rights, send a written request to contact@vialign.ro. You will receive a response within 30 days. You also have the right to file a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or necessary to provide services (e.g. email service providers).

Any partner we work with is contractually bound to respect data confidentiality and apply appropriate security measures.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or destruction. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
