These terms apply to all users of the site, including those who browse, fill out contact forms or use postural assessment services.

VIALIGN offers postural assessment services, manual therapy, assisted stretching and personalized body alignment programs through OVA Method™. The services are available in our studio in Romania.

The information published on the website is for informational purposes only and does not replace specialist medical advice. VIALIGN is not a medical facility and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

Appointments are made by phone or through the contact form available on the website. Appointment confirmation is done by phone or e-mail by our team.

Cancellation or rescheduling of a session must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to comply with this deadline may incur a cancellation fee, communicated at the time of confirmation.

VIALIGN makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the site, without guaranteeing its completeness or timeliness. We assume no responsibility for decisions made solely on the basis of information on the site.

VIALIGN is not responsible for direct or indirect damages caused by the use or inability to use the services, to the extent permitted by Romanian law.
